Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to most regions worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery options include:

• Standard Shipping: £12.95, delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch via DHL or FedEx.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch via EMS.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Weekend orders are processed the following Monday. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like customs or weather. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address; we are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect information.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the return, and will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
